Guards Private Georgy Aleksandrovich Nidorashvili, wagon driver in a medical company, for the fact that he, during the offensive fighting between June 24 and September 4, 1944 in difficult combat conditions, in forest-clad and swampy areas, managed to evacuate severely wounded men from the forward medical aid station to the medical company. The roads were poor and exposed to heavy artillery and mortar fire, and sometimes machine-gun fire as well. At the same time he ensured the well-being condition of the horses entrusted to him. During the period of combat he evacuated up to 130 severely wounded men.

Guards Private Grigory Aleksandrovich Nadoroshvili, driver in a medical company, for the fact that he, throughout the operations in East Prussia and the final battles against the German forces in central Germany, showed examples of bravery and courage. In any and all combat conditions and under heavy enemy fire, he quickly evacuated severely wounded soldiers and officers to the regimental medical station. Thanks to his serious attitude toward his responsibilities, he saved the lives of many wounded soldiers and officers by evacuating them from the battlefield in a timely manner.
