Brief, concrete description of his feat of arms or achievements:

During the combat operation, comrade Rozental set up the hosital in the village of Adamovka without delay and started admitting wounded men within 2 hours, thus ensuring they were provided proper medical care. Despite the absence of passable roads and a lack of transport vehicles, he organized the transportation of 150 men over a distance of 2 kilometers to the village of Pogrebishche. Through his able leadership he ensured the wounded were evacuated in a timely manner, which allowed for the hospital to be relocated to a new location.

During the offensive operations of March-April 1944, comrade Rozental set up his hospital in four different locations (Zhabinka, Mankovka, Dzhulinka, and Dzygovka), leaving personnel in each of these to provide medical care; he himself, present in all of these locations, worked tirelessly to ensure the wounded were admitted and received long-term treatment, since evacuation routes were absent.

Comrade Rozental, who always follows the Army's Medical Service's orders, ensures that the hospital acts in a timely manner and functions efficiently, instilling in his team a sense of dedication to their motherland and cultivating enthusiasm for their job and a cordial attitude toward the wounded.

He deserves the Order of the Red Star.
