Brief, concrete description of his feat of arms or achievements:

He has been serving in the battalion as chief of staff since November 1944. As chief of staff he efficiently oversees all staff sections and services and quickly and properly organizes all duties necessary to support the air units' combat operations.

During relocations to a new airfield he properly leads all activities, taking into account the support of the air units at their new airfield. Throughout comrade Voilochnikov's service as chief of staff, the battalion has been continuously supporting two bomber regiments (the 35th and 38th Bomber Regiments). Owing to the efficiency of the staff, no disruptions or delays in the supporting the air regiments' combat operations occurred.

Since January 13, 1945, during the Front's period of offensive operations, he ensured the air units could conduct their combat operations by carrying out 5 relocations to forward airfields and supporting 950 combat sorties and 500 other aircraft sorties. 948 tons of aviation fuel, 43 tons of aviation oil, 685 tons of domestically manufactured bombs, and 83 tons of captured bombs were brought up and expended during the air regiment's combat sorties. 2 aircraft engines were supplied to the regiments to carry out repairs, 51 aircraft were repairs, and 75,000 daily rations were consumed. 4000 tons of cargo were brought up by transport vehicles.

The headquarters of the supported air regiments are content with the chief of staff's efforts. During his time as chief of staff he has proven to possess a thorough understanding of operational staff work. He demonstrates a serious and considerate attitude toward his duties, and anything he starts he sees through to the end.

For properly ensuring that all staff sections and services of the staff were led efficiently with respect to supporting the combat operations of the air units based at the airfield, he deserves to be awarded the Order of the Red Star.
